Nevada Desert & California Bighorn Sheep Hunts
A bighorn sheep tag is one of the most coveted opportunities a hunter can draw—and when your name finally gets called, choosing the right team matters. At 6D Outfitters, we understand that you may not know our name yet. We're a new outfitter, but the sheep-hunting experience behind our team is anything but new. Our licensed sub-guides bring decades of experience hunting Nevada's rugged sheep country, years of professional guiding, and an intimate knowledge of the terrain, animals, and glassing techniques required to find mature rams.
What to Expect
We believe the success of a sheep hunt is determined long before you arrive. We'll put serious time into preseason scouting, locating quality rams, studying their patterns, and developing a plan specifically around your tag and abilities. Once you're in the field, our hunts are built around patient, strategic glassing and spot-and-stalk tactics, using quality optics and experienced eyes to find sheep that can be incredibly difficult to locate in rugged country.
These hunts can be physically demanding, but we'll tailor the pace and approach to your abilities, your goals, and the experience you want to have. Whether you're chasing a mature Desert bighorn or California bighorn, we understand what's at stake—and we'll treat your tag with the same importance you do.
Give us a call and let's talk about your unit, your expectations, and what you're hoping to accomplish. We'd love the opportunity to earn your trust and help turn your once-in-a-lifetime tag into a hunt you'll never forget.
