Nevada Swan Hunts
Nevada offers one of the most unique waterfowl hunting opportunities in the West. Nevada swan tags are issued through the Nevada Department of Wildlife's draw system, and both residents and nonresidents are eligible to apply.
What to Expect
These hunts can be challenging and we will only take a few clients that are successful in the draw every year. Our fully guided two-day swan hunts are designed to give you the best opportunity for success, whether we're hunting from carefully selected locations waiting for birds to fly over or setting decoy spreads to bring swans within range.
For the 2026–2027 season, Nevada's legal swan hunting dates are October 17, 2026, through January 3, 2027, and January 6, 2027, through January 31, 2027. Our hunts will be conducted in Fallon NV during December and January to allow the swans to make it to our valley
Applications for the 2026 Nevada Swan Draw must be submitted through the Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW) website by 11:00 pm Pacific Time on Monday, September 7, 2026. A valid Nevada hunting license, HIP (Harvest Information Program) number are required to apply.
